Today breakfast (oatmeal)

Oatmeal for today breakfast

Oatmeal with blueberries

that a healthy yet nutrient breakfast
and it pretty easy to prepare.
here the "recipe"
half cup of oat + 1 cup of water the ( just the proportion)
2 minutes in microwave
topping with blueberries
that all.

if want little salty or sweet, just add dash of sugar or salt.

jogging / hiking at Walnut

Today suddenly thought of wanna go for jogging ( because long time never exercise) . So about 4.30p.m depart from my house with a bottle of water and my camera of-course, toward the mountain area near my house. It pretty steep or maybe too long didn't exercise, when half way can felt my leg not going to move and my heart beat is insanely fast, my throat is extremely dry; luckily i bring out a bottle of water. actually the slope is well pavemented because it is pedestrian walkway in front of houses.lol on the way there many dog bark at when when i passing those houses; and the slope seem never ending, i can't saw the end of it, it pretty exhausted "hiking " there. But finally i reach the top , the timing just perfectly ( sunset time) the sky turned orange, felt a warmy feel. The view just nice, can saw the snowy mountain with golden light ( sun-ray) on top and the city of West Covina; father away can even saw the buildings of downtown Los Angeles. But precious time won't last long, a while the sky turned dark and it time for me to go back. So i speed up my step and increase the downhill speed. (don't too fast , my braking system not that good..lol). When passed a playground it kinda of haunted feel, no light;just a piece of dark atmosphere covered with trees. I just scare a ghost suddenly jump out in front of me. ( i know that not gonna happen). 

So here the photo i taken today..

Sunset Silhouette

Yesterday taking a series of silhouette sunset picture at the empty field beside my apartment. Actually i plan to process some HDR images, unfortunately  the result really bad, the light just not bright enough, so i didn't proceed with HDR; just upload the original taken photo. I like the sky color, it feels warm and colorful.

2011 Prayer for World Peace Ceremony

This morning went to Hsi Lai Temple for 2011 Prayer for World Peace Ceremony. This Ceremony is joined by Buddhist, Judaism , Christian, Muslim, Kumaris and  Los Angeles country . The ceremony start with guess speeches, then offering prayer by all the different religions and finally some performance. Too bad i didn't bring my camera. so no photo here.

Hu Nan dinner

Just now went to San Gabriel there to eat Hu Nan dishes with hwa florence and kok leong.
Brought my camera there, but when half way when i on my camera to check it..
"No Card" appear on my screen.. OMG..i forgot the memory card still in my laptop..
so after all didn't took any photo..
btw the food there is spicy and nice..
definitely gonna go again next time..and take some picture of the delicious dishes..

Interview at Cypress..

The first ever interview by me. Jan 6 2011..

woke up in the morning..

nervous no appetite to eat ( no time tho)

rushed for the bus, which i no need to..because mistaken the arrival time.

so when reach the bus stop i waited for 15minutes..(the journey took 3 hours and 5 minutes)

after arriving El monte waiting for 577 bus toward long beach. The bus driver cheated me $1 ( i'm blur that time so didn't noticed) the bus fair is too much $2.90 for one way..and need to pay even though have daypass..what the hell..

then arrive at CSU Long beach , and again transit to Cypress. 

So when i arrive there..finding my way to the company..

i look over all the resume and prepare some questionnaire that might be asked..

after all i went into the office..

who know the receptionist told me..

the interview is at other building..

it 2 minutes away ( by car)

well that time it already 3.25p.m , my interview is at 3.30p.m

so nothing much i can do except running for 15minutes to reach the other building which is one street away..

luckily the guy wait me and the interview goes smoothly..
the guy ask say the "result' gonna out soon, they still need to interview others ppl next week
so ask me wait for their respond

after interview just realize i haven't take any meals yet..

grab some nugget and french fries at Wendy's 

After all....

i just got time to shooting around..   

today is perfect day for HDR photography..

because the sky is filled with clouds.

just brought out my camera and take some HDR picture..

some guy watching me weirdly when i taking the picture of trees..( maybe they thought i never saw trees before)
