Batu Cave, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Introduction:
Batu Cave Sri Subramaniam Temple (Tamil: பத்து மலை)  is located at the Gombak district about 12km away from Kuala Lumpur. The cave is one of the most popular Hindu shrines outside India, dedicated to Lord Murugan. It is the focal point of Hindu festival of Thaipusam in Malaysia. There is 270 steps of staircase to the cave, beware of the monkey, they are aggressive and  might rob your belongings . Inside the cave (natural chamber) is where the temple located, bright light pass through the top opening of the cave. There is some stalls selling souvenirs and drink in the cave. At the entrance there is hundreds or thousands of pigeon  around the ground waiting for people to feed them foods. Its a worth visit place in Kuala Lumpur.

Seongsan Ilchulbong (성산일출봉), Jeju Island, South Korea.

Introduction:
Seongsan Ilchulbong Peak (성산일출봉)   also called sunrise peak (日出峰)  is formed 100,000 years ago from volcanic eruption. It's located on the eastern of jeju Island, on top of the peak there is a huge crater (600m in diameter and 90m high).During spring Seongsan Ilchulbong Peak is surrounded by bright yellow colored rapeseed flowers. Sunrise from the peak is magnificent where can observe it from top of the mountain. Hike from the foothills to the top take about half an hour, from the top there you will see a huge crater and scenic view of Jeju-do.It worth the hike. 

Tips:
During summer please apply sunscreen as the sun might burn you.
Wear some  wind breaker as the wind might get strong.
Light wear for hiking.
Drink plenty of water to prevent dehydrate

Wat Phnom, Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

Introduction:
Wat Phnom (Temple of the Mountains)  is a Buddhist temple located at the city of Phnom Penh, Cambodia. It was build in 1373 on a 27 meters man made hill. It's a important worship place in Phnom Penh.

Celery Mushroom spaghetti


Ingredient:
one stalk of spaghetti noodles
5 garlic ( minced)  
1 dill leaves
10 Fresh Mushroom
1 stalk Celery
Prego mushroom spaghetti sauce
oil

Recipe: 
Boil spaghetti noodles in hot water ( add some salt) for 13-15 minutes (when done set aside in a plate) while waiting for the spaghetti. 

 Heat up one teaspoon oil in a pan; fried garlic until the aroma is noticed, then add celery and mushroom stir fried for 3 minutes.

 After that add prego spaghetti sauce. Mix well , when the mixture boiled pour it on top of spaghetti noodle; decorate with dill leaves. Ready to serve
